Shipping Policy

We have designed this policy to provide clarity when delivering products. Both customers and Peak Finex must adhere to this policy.

The following are the terms that constitute our Shipping Policy and part of these terms and are thus binding on you, as well as Peak Finex Limited, a limited by shares company, duly registered in accordance with United Kingdom law and regulations with registration number 12205034 and address corporate 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London.

Users are able to have the won products from the Unboxing Game sent to them. The shipping procedure is divided into 3 phases:

(1) Users select the products they want to send from their inventory (https://dripdraw.com/user). A minimum order value of $20 must be reached. We require personal data like the recipient's name and address, which are necessary for the following phases. The data will be processed highly confidental.
(2) After completing the initial phase, Peak Finex Ltd has up to 5 working days to review the order and check shipping costs with our partners. The user will receive a quote based on this in the form of an email and on https://dripdraw.com/shippings. The quote provides a detailed listing of all shipping costs, taxes and duties. Normally, we do not charge any additional fees for processing, although in a few exceptional cases or for larger requests we may add a slight charge, which is clearly visible in our offer. By receiving our quote, you have 5 business days to accept it. In case the quote expires, we can not guarantee the final costs of the delivery and it may increase. If you accept the quote by clicking on the provided "pay fee & ship" on https://dripdraw.com/shippings, the customer waives his privilege to cancel the order and moves on to the last phase of the shipping procedure.
(3) After the user has paid the quote, Peak Finex Ltd starts ordering the products and delivers them directly from our partners to the customer. Shipping and delivery services are provided by external service providers. Their terms apply. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs according to the rates indicated by the quote we sent you in the previous phase.

We reserve the right, for any reason and at our sole discretion, to cancel an order or to invalidate a quote and refuse any current or future access to and use of the Services (or any part thereof) without prior notice or liability to you or any third party.

1. Shipping policy

1.1 Shipment processing time within US, UK and EEA

Depending on our partners, the usual shipping time is 7 to 21 working days, within the United States, United Kingdom and the EEA. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we deal with a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed for several days. Delivery may take additional days in transit. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed within our quote that we will send you after you state your item(s) to order.

1.2 Shipment processing time outside US, UK or EEA

Outside the borders mentioned in Section 1, such as Russia, India, Turkey, Mexico or other global scope, the estimated shipping time is 10 to 30 working days. No orders will be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we process a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed by several days. Delivery may require additional days. If the delivery time is obviously delayed, we will contact you by email. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed within our quote that we will send you after you state your item(s) to order.

2. Tariffs, duties and taxes

Peak Finex (www.dripdraw.com) does not bear any customs duties and taxes on your order. All fees collected during or after transportation are borne by the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

3. Damage

Peak Finex (www.dripdraw.com) is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transportation. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the transportation company to file a claim. Before filing a claim, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
